1. Select your apartment by clicking on the list and

• Fill out the "To reserve this apartment" form
• Fill out the Request form
• Send us an Email at reservation@zabulon.net
• Send us a fax at +972 2 673 04 06
• Call us at. +972 72 232 04 06

Check for the selected apartment (on its specific webpage):

• availability
• the minimum length and maximum length of stay allowed (if existing)

2. We send you the Zabulon's contract you must complete, sign and return, with a copy of your passport and credit card (front and back). This contract is a commitment to pay the Zabulon's fee.

All document must be returned by fax at +972 2 673 04 06

(If those documents are not sent back duly filled out and signed in the next 48 hours, the request will be cancelled.)

Zabulon charges a reservation fee only when we have found the apartment you agree to rent. This fee is a percentage of the rent and varies according to the length of rental. It is payable when you sign the Zabulon's contract and when the landlord agrees to rent out the apartment to you.

Please note, nightly prices and weekly prices include our fee. File Fee is 25 Dollars.

3. The landlord confirms the availability dates of the apartment you requested and confirms that he/she agrees to rent the apartment to you. Then you receive the lease, as well as the Name & address of the landlord.

As soon as you receive the lease, you have 48 hours:

• To send the lease back to the landlord (by FedEx, ChronoPost or any other express postal service).
  
• To pay a deposit to the landlord (bank transfer, money order, traveler checks, or other way depending on the choice of the landlord.)
  

(After 48 hours all reservation requests are cancelled.) The file fee is non refundable.

Cancellation procedure : In event the lease is not executed due to the failure of the renting party Zabulon company will retain 50% of the Zabulon's fees to cover their time and cost expended.

4. The apartment will be booked when we receive your lease, fees and deposit.

5. You will receive a copy of the lease signed by the landlord in the next few days. You just have to contact the landlord in order to fix an appointment with her/him at the apartment. He/she or his/her representative will welcome you at the apartment.
